Lynelle Hales

Lynelle Hales is the CEO of Sydney North Health Network, which operates the Northern Sydney PHN, a nationally funded primary health care organisation. She is also currently a Director on the AHHA Board.

Lynelle brings over 25 years’ experience in executive health and social care leadership roles in two health systems (Australia and the UK).  In her current role, Lynelle led the establishment and successful growth of a strong organisation in the primary health care environment and built partnerships across the health and social sector, to commission and deliver services that are responsive to the unique local characteristics and needs, and improve the patient journey through developing integrated and coordinated services.  Visit www.snhn.org.au

Lynelle is a doctoral candidate in Public Health and holds a Masters in Health Planning from the University of New South Wales, Bachelor of Nursing and Bachelor of Health Education from the University of Canberra.
