Rhonda Morton is a Queensland-based executive leader, consultant and coach who specialises in turning health reform into practical operating models that work. She is Director, Strategy and Partnerships (Australia) at Streamliners, helping health services integrate care pathways and translate evidence into practice at scale. Rhonda has held senior executive roles across hospital and health services and a university, leading large operating and capital portfolios. She also services on the Board of Health Consumers Queensland. Her work centres on governance, leadership, risk intelligence, enterprise solutions and building learning health systems that lift quality, productivity and workforce sustainability. She is co-author of the recent study Perceptions of Sustainable Leadership in Australian Healthcare. At Wild Health, Rhonda brings a system-wide lens to models of care, exploring how connected pathways, commissioning and standards can safely shift appropriate care into the community and improve healthcare integration.
