Rupert is Head of Strategic Growth & Government Relations at Telstra Health. In this role her is responsible for supporting partners to design and deliver digital health solutions that support innovative models of care and improve health outcomes for all Australians.

Rupert has extensive experience in managing national digital health reform programs, strategy and policy development, and stakeholder engagement. Rupert is a current HL7 Australia board member and an active participant in the local standards community.
