David is one of Australia’s most senior health informaticians, whose work on digital health is grounded in health service and system executive management experience. A national and international leader in health informatics. A health system/service strategist and change agent, with extensive international consulting experience.

He is the author of “A Practitioner’s Guide to Health Informatics in Australia”, the pre-eminent text for Australia’s Certified Health Informatician program; and author of Australia’s guidelines for protecting patient safety during the introduction of e-health.
