Wild Health Melbourne Summit 2020, which has moved from June 2 to November 2 as a result of COVID-19 will be changing up gears to introduce a series of sessions around how COVID-19 has escalated momentum significantly in the digital health sector.

As well as the core topics already featured on the program we will be adding sessions around:

  • Telehealth’s great leap forward
  • Structural changes in primary care
  • How the tech vendors and government responded to the crisis and what this might mean for future progress in the system
  • Examples of rapid development from some of our best tech vendors
  • The impact on the hospital sector
  • And more

If you have any ideas for sessions or panels around ‘the great leap forward theme’ please send them to jeremy@medicalrepublic.com.au with a cc to maureen@wildhealth.net.au. We’d love to hear your ideas.

BTW, our sponsors have been really good so far and are hanging in for the changed date. Thanks Telstra Health, Equinix, Hyland, MediRecords, MetaOptima, Ascom, IBM Watson Health, the ADHA,  Healthshare and Surgical Partners.

In the meantime, we will be starting to send you a few more whitepapers etc on behalf of our clients, to give them a little more access, now they are too cut off from any face to face with their clients.

If anyone has any urgent relevant COVID-19 information that they need to get distributed to our email list (of nearly 16,000), then we are doing that as a free service for the foreseeable future.

If you have any other ideas or comments, please send them to me at jeremy@medicalrepublic.com.au
